FAQ:
1. How come some sellers call this 400ml?
The main reason is these sellers are not that bright. The markings come up to 400ml so they think that the bottle cannot be filled over the markings. However, as you may verify on Nalgene's website, the bottle filled to the brim holds a capacity of 500ml. Nalgene has also moulded on the bottom, "500ml 16oz" for your own easy and correct reference.
2. How do you pack your bottles?
We use EITHER an eco polymailer or a REUSED box with bubble wrap.
3. What is my bottle bottom is not perfectly moulded or have minute spots on body?
A small number of bottles do not have a perfectly molded bottom, they are NOT cracks, and they have passed QC as they are fully functional. It may be some smudging, lines, etc. If you cannot accept this FACT and the FACT that some pieces may contain small (5 cent size or smaller) superficial discolouration (due to part of raw material recycled plastics), buy from a competitor. We do not accept return and refund for such reasons. Again buy elsewhere if you need "perfect" bottle.
4. My bottle has lines going up and down, what are they?
Nalgene Bottles are made from moulds, so where the moulds meet there are lines. All Nalgene Bottles have these, some more obvious than others, bigger bottles tend to be more obvious. Do note these lines are NOT straight and not symmetrical.
5. Why is my logo different from picture?
Nalgene frequently changes the logo colours, size, position and we cannot keep changing the product picture, hence if you need a specific logo requirements, do buy retail, thank you.
