Nalno.com is a Singapore-based business and we do ship out of Singapore to around the world. This page will give you more information on how this would work. We do not get a huge volume of out-of-Singapore orders, so our overseas shipping policy is not so solid you can know the exact shipping price on checkout.

For anywhere outside Singapore:

We start off by charging a standard shipping amount of $20 Singapore Dollars (SGD)(all pricing on our website is in Singapore Dollars). Do note that when you make a payment with Nalno, the amount is authorised. This means that you allow us to take up to a certain amount but the amount is held by the middleman, PayPal, until click to take the amount.

So what happens next is that we will pack the items, and then after measuring the weight and length and getting a quote from the shipping companies, we will offer you the cheapest option available for your country, which would have tracking and a delivery time of between 2-3 weeks.

Should the shipping amount be below SGD $20, you will get a partial refund from the shipping amount. If it is above $20, we will cancel your current order and give you a new invoice with the correct shipping amount, after which you can decide if you want to make the purchase or not. This way we can both be happy buyers and seller.

Taxes and Legality: We hold no responsibility in paying custom duties, taxes, etc and offer no refund if your customs confiscate your items. As a buyer, you should know the laws of your country and abide by it when making a purchase. We do not under declare the value of your order to assist you in saving on taxes, etc. We also do not ship gas, liquids or any flammables, simply because it is illegal.

Common Sense in Pricing: You can expect smaller and lightweight items to cost less and more bulky and heavier items to cost more. Odd-shaped items like fishing rods will cost more as well, despite relatively less weight. We have listed approximate pricing below for your own reference, in countries we have shipped to.
