Keep your bait just off the sea bed using this fishing spreader (commonly known as langon).
Tie your mainline to the end with the glow in dark, sinker below it and live or dead bait with your hook at the other end, giving your bait a few cm suspension off the bottom of the water to make it easier to get a fish bite.
