Opinel No. 7 Stainless Knife is the perfect for those who feel that the No6 could be a little larger. The "in-between" size of the No7 classifies this knife as neither small or big.
This Knife features the Virobloc Safety rings. The Virobloc safety ring was invented and implemented in 1955. This simple yet effective locking system greatly improved the original knife.The ability to help prevent the blade from opening when closed was added to the Virobloc in 2000.
