The Daiwa Phantom Versatile as its name suggest is a versatile lower mid-range rod, perfect for all types of fishing, but best suited as a boat rod for bottom fishing. It is designed for use with baitcasters or overhead reels, and it is butt jointed for best mix of compact carry and rod strength / action.

Designed with a host of features including HVF Blank (High Volume Fiber Graphite), Fuji Aluminium Oxide "O" Ring Concept Guides, A stainlesss steel hood reel seat and ultra tough EVA grips, this rod will perform well beyond its budget range. It comes in a dark green finish with blue.

The Fuji Guides feature a new slim O-Ring design with deep pressed frame and corrosion control finish.
