| Incised Wounds Incised wounds are caused when a sharp object like a knife or blade cuts the skin in a straight line. They may be quite deep. |

| Gunshot Wound Similar to the puncture wound just that it is caused by a bullet entering and leaving the body. If there is no exit wound, it means the bullet is lodged somewhere inside the body. Exit wounds tend to be larger than the entry wound. | |
